Efficient production of blastocysts from 1) parthenogenetically activated oocytes and 2) somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) embryos
| 1) | Pig follicular oocytes were matured in vitro with or without mechanical vibration. Matured oocytes were activated by ultrasound and cultured in vitro. |

| 2) | Pig follicular oocytes were matured in vitro with or without mechanical vibration. Matured oocytes were enucleated and fused with miniature pig somatic cells to produce SCNT embryos. The embryos were activated by ultrasound and cultured in vitro. |
